PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image pick-up system for specifying the outer-periphery edge of a protrusion in spherical, crown shape with luster accurately. SOLUTION: An image pick-up system 44 has a lighting device 40 and an image pick-up device 42, which are provided at the opposite side to a suction nozzle 10 for sucking electronic parts 12 while holding the electronic parts 12 in-between. The lighting device 40 has four luminous flux radiators 50, which are provided at an equal angle around the center line of the suction nozzle 10. Each luminous flux radiator 50 is inclined for a surface 16 of the electronic parts 12. Parallel light from the luminous flux radiator 50 is applied to the base part of a solder ball 30 formed on the surface 16 and light is reflected in nearly vertical direction by a part that opposes each luminous flux radiator 50 of the base part, thus picking up an image the solder ball 30 whose outer- periphery edge is clear by the image pick-up device 42. |
