PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic memory element of which an output value is large and in which high density packing is easy. SOLUTION: This device is provided with two information recording sections recording information using a vast magnetic resistance effect, and an electrode 130 for forming a magnetic field provided so that magnetic fields being inverse each other are simultaneously given to two information recording sections 110, 150. And a sufficient output level is secured without using a magnetic memory element for reference by making a difference between resistance values of the these information recording sections 110, 150 as storage information.
