PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for manufacturing a transparent resin sheet usable as a beam guidable sheet, light diffusible sheet and design sheet with a low cost and high productivity. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a composite resin sheet comprises a slit-like channel 31 extended in an X direction for supplying resin (b) toward a Z direction, and a structure for supplying resin (a) from a channel 41 of one side of an XZ plane including the channel 31 to a composite flow forming part 22 in such a manner that in an XZ section of the channel 41, a part Ln having large height of the Z direction and a part Lm having small height are alternately disposed. This apparatus also comprises a channel 51 for feeding third resin (c) having similar channel sectional shape to that of the same side as the channel 41 toward a composite resin channel 21 between the part 22 and a composite flow outlet 23. Further, in this apparatus, a channel for the resin (b) is disposed at the other side to the XZ plane instead of the channel 31. The method for manufacturing the sheet molds it by using the apparatuses. |
