PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-efficient allotment of crew with high matching ability and further to perform carefully thought out variation of an operation plan. SOLUTION: A crewman operation plan supporting system comprises an old and new schedule comparing part 1 to compare train schedules before and after a change with each other; a succession processing part 2 to succeed a comparing result, operation data before a change, and routine work data; a variation processing part 3 to succeed routine work data but vary operation data; an allotment release processing part 4 to release allotment of each of units, into which one operation is divided at a station where a crewman is exchangeable, regarding operation to need variation of routine work data togetherwith operation data; and a new operation data output processing part 5 to output operation data, varied before and after a change, to a CRT. |
