PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit the temp. performance of an insulating material to max. by controlling the temp. of the insulating material based on temp. trend information which expresses the trend of temp. transition in the insulating material. SOLUTION: A temp. sensor 14 detects the temp. of the insulating material which covers the fixing element and the rotary element of a motor driven machine 10. A temp. trend information calculating part 24 calculates temp. trend information expressing the trend of temp. transition in the insulating material which covers the winding wire of the motor driven machine 10 based on temp. detected by the temp. sensor 14. An insulating material temp. control part 22 outputs torque throttling information for controlling the temp. of the insulating material which covers the winding wire of the motor driven machine 10 to a driving control part 20 based on inputted temp. trend information. The driving control part 20 calculates torque current and exciting current to be supplied to the motor driven machine 10 in accordance with an accelerator step-on quantity signal which is inputted from an accelerator sensor 16 for detecting the step-on quantity of an accelerator 26 and torque throttling information and controls the switching of an inverter 12.
