<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply the force for dividing into chip pieces efficiently, stabilizing the quality of the chip pieces at the same time, and improving the durability of a device furthermore. SOLUTION: A bar-shaped chip assembly board 1 having breaking grooves crossing the conveying direction at a right angle is held and conveyed between endless first-belt/second-belt 30. The board 1 is divided into the chip pieces along the breaking grooves 10 by a breaking mechanism B comprising a breaking roller 7 and a compressing roller 4 at the halway of the carriage. In this electronic-part chip-breaking devide, the first/second belts 30 are bent at the above described breaking mechanism B. At the same time, the operating direction of the first/second belt at the downstream side of the carriage at a bent part 5 are directed toward approximately the same direction.</p> |
