SOLUTION: Granulated sludge containing anaerobic microorganisms is charged into the reaction part 11c of an anaerobic reaction vessel 1, organic drainage is introduced from a raw water inflow part 3, and an anaerobic reaction is carried out. Generated gas is discharged from a gas discharge route 6 through a gas generation chamber 5. Reaction liquid passes through a screen 23 and a reaction liquid extraction part 21 and is introduced into a solid-liquid separation part 9 to be separated into solid and liquid. The separated liquid is removed from a treated liquid removing part 16 and a treated liquid removing route 17. The separated sludge is concentrated by a sludge concentration part 14 and returned form a sludge extraction part 15 to a reaction part 11 by a pump 25. Thus, the liquid flow and gas of the reaction part 11 do not influence the separation part 9, and the stabilization of the liquid flow and the prevention of sludge outflow can be attempted.</p>
