PLANT PROTECTING DEVICE AND PLANT CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a failure place which occurs in the respective configuration elements of a plant by providing a reporting device where a logical system diagram indicating the relation of an input signal with an output signal is clearly shown. SOLUTION: A signal from a sensor 31 incidental to a plant equipment 30 is inputted to the controller 33 of a control board 14 and a protecting device 41. The protecting device 41 inputs the abnormal sensor signal of the plant equipment 30, executes a prescribed logical operation and outputs a necessary command to an actuator 32. The input side reporting lamp 44 of a reporting panel 42 is turned on by the input side signal of the protecting device 41. The output side reporting lamp 45 of the reporting panel 42 is turned on by the command signal to the actuator 32. The protecting function logic of an input tranmsitted to the protecting device 41 with an output from the protecting device 41 is expressed by a logical system diagram 46 which executes a visual appeal by a pattern and the logical group diagram 46 is inserted between the reporting lamps 44 and 45 in the reporting panel 42.
