<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a data processing unit to send untransmitted data without conducting a similar transmission operation again in the case that the transmission processing by an information portable terminal is disabled. SOLUTION: In the case that a card communication unit 12 is connected to an information portable terminal 11 at a visit place and the terminal 11 is connected to a radio telephone channel A to make transmission of an electronic mail or a facsimile text, when data transmission is not finished due to disabled channel connection or interrupted transmission resulting from a defective channel, untransmitted data stored in a transmission data area are stored in a spool area. When the user returns from a visit and sets the information portable terminal 11 in a cradle 14 to connect to a personal computer 13, common processing of a database is executed and the untransmitted data having been stored in the spool area of the information portable terminal 11 are transferred to the personal computer 13 and stored in a mail data transmission area or a FAX data transmission area, connected to a wired telephone line B and the transmission is executed.</p> |
