PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide attraction between a moving body and a fixed body by providing the fixed body arranged at the prescribed interval with the moving body in the axial direction of a piston and made of a magnetic material and a coil generating a magnetic field so that a magnetic flux passage is formed through the moving body and fixed body. SOLUTION: When a solenoid coil 7 is excited, a core 5 and a plunger 6 are magnetized by the effect of the magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil 7, and attraction is generated between the core 5 and plunger 6. The plunger 6 is attracted to the core 5 side, and an air gapαbecomes 0. A piston 4 compresses a coil spring 3 as the plunger 6 is moved. When the piston 4 is moved by the distance of the air gapαby the elastic action of the extension side of the coil spring 11, a noncompressive fluid is sucked from an opening section 12.
