<p>1282984 Viral hepatitis vaccine INSTITUTE FOR CANCER RESEARCH 10 Sept 1970 [8 Oct 1969] 43442/70 Heading A5B A vaccine against viral hepatitis consists of (a) Australia antigen derived from blood having particles 180-210 A in size, free of infectious particles and having a density of about 1.21 g./ml. and (b) a medium compatible with blood. The particles may be attenuated. Impurities may be removed by centrifugation, enzyme digestion, column gel filtration, differential centrifugation on a sucrose gradient, dialysis, differential centrifugation on a caesium chloride gradient and further dialysis.</p> |
