<p>Subject of the invention is the procedure for making single-piece individual restorations on multirooted divergent teeth by using specially dimensioned plastic flexible and burn-away posts and is based on the division of the required cross section for reaching acceptable stress distribution of the core on the two posts. This allows when using flexible posts the impression making and cementing following the casting of an individual core on multirooted divergent teeth. The procedure is carried out in such a way that after the preparation of the root canals by an appropriate bur, centre running parallel entries to the root canals are provided, while into the root canals the individually adapted plastic burn-away posts are inserted which are then built-up by modelled selfpolymere into an individual post whose body (11) is like a round on two sides flattened stick which on one sides continues into a head (2) of a very similar shape to the post body (1) of larger dimension.</p> |
