摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of the installing position of a nozzle and make an installation cost inexpensive by a method wherein a header is provided between a heat storage body and a multitude of nozzles, whose number is more than the number of the heat storage body, in a heat storage burner, in which the supply of combustion air for the nozzles and the discharge of combustion gas from the nozzles are effected through the heat storage body. SOLUTION: Three pieces of nozzles 4, for example, are provided for one set of heat storage body 3 while a header 16 is installed between the nozzle 4 and the heat storage body 3. Such heat storage body 3, respective nozzles 4 and a header 16 are provided in respective parts of a wind box 5 while the heat storage body 3 is received at the center of the wind box 5. In this case, the sectional area of flow passage of the header 16 is set so as to be larger than the total opening area of respective nozzles 4 whereby an air injection pressure before respective nozzles 4 and the suction pressure of high-temperature gas are unified. On the other hand, a combustion air supplying system 7, supplying combustion air to the wind box 5, and a combustion gas discharging system 8 are connected to the opposite side, communicated with respective nozzles 4 of the wind box 5 so as to be switchable, while a directional control valve is attached to respective systems.
