<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel tray for food which is excellent in recyclability as a substitute for an existing plastic tray. SOLUTION: The steel tray for food, which is excellent in recyclability, safety and rust prevention, is provided with metal chromium of 60 to 120mg/m<2> and a hydration chromium oxide layer of 5 to 25mg/m<2> on the surface of a steel plate, and is provided with a thermoplastic resin film layer of 5 to 50μm on the upper layer thereof and is bent round at a part off 1mm away from the end face tip (curling). As a result, the steel tray excellent in recyclability, safety and rust resistivity is provided.</p> |
