PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain miniaturization, high characteristic and high reliability by arranging a substrate forming at least one of a resonance capacity, a terminating resistor, an input/output terminal and ground terminal on the side of a magnetic rotator in the state of surrounding the magnetic rotator. SOLUTION: The substrate 21 is single layer of a dielectric substrate forming an input terminal 24, an output terminal 25, an isolation electrode 26, a terminating resistor 27 and a ground terminal 28 on its upper face and forming a ground electrode on its lower face. The resonance capacitance is obtained between an input terminal 24, an output terminal 25 and an isolation electrode 26. Then, after separately manufacturing the magnetic rotator 20 and the dielectric substrate 21 and fitting the rotator 20 into the hole of the substrate 21, the input terminal, the output terminal and the ground electrode of the rotator 20 are respectively and electrically connected to the input terminal 24, the output terminal 25 and the ground electrode of the substrate 21 to form a non- reciprocal circuit element. Thereby a space surrounding the rotator 20 is effectively used. |
