PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems on filter characteristics, i.e., narrow in band width and impossible to design a filter having an wavelength characteristic of an optional shape, while effectively utilizing the excellent characteristics of an array waveguide type band pass filter(BPF). SOLUTION: The optical waveguide circuit is constituted of connecting slab waveguides 2, 4 respectively having circular arc-like end parts on both the ends of an array waveguide grating 3 regularly arraying plural optical paths having respectively different optical path length. In this case, one or more reflection mirrors 7 are arranged on the final end part of at least one slab waveguide (e.g. 4) and each reflection mirror 7 is inclined to the direction toward the center of the circular arc on the final end part. |
