SOLUTION: This device has a receiving means RX that receives visible recognition information and a projecting means which projects received information on a projection screen, and the projection means has a circuit DMD which has an illuminable and reflective optical switching matrix and more than one optical lenses FL which project light that is reflected by the matrix DMD on the projection screen. An optical switching matrix is a surface that has N×M pieces of micro mirrors, and each micro mirror is hung by a half gimbals mount and deflected based on received information.
