<p>The interface between the ski and the ski boot binding consists of a flat profile (1) foreseen for the mounting of any kind of ski boot binding, and two fixture elements (2) foreseen for the attachment on to the ski (A), where the profile (1) and the fixture elements (2) form a form-locking connection. The flat profile (1) is preferrably hollow and its front openings (3) are foreseen as embeddments for the fixture elements (2) . These have the shape of low flat elements made from at least three layers: the bottom layer (4) foreseen for support and direct fixture on to the ski (A) with screws (5), a middle shock absorbing layer (6) which is elastic and is foreseen for damping the oscillations of the ski, and the upper layer (7) which is lengthened sideways into a tongue (8) foreseen for creating a tight fit with the front opening (3) of the flat profile (1)</p> |
