The invention refers to a device for adjusting sterile covers onto the objective lens of a microscope used in surgical operations. The adjustment device is fastened onto an objective lens (O) by means of some micrometric screws (3). The device enables some objective lens sterile covers (H) to be fastened, due to some rings (1 and 2) that can be screwed together at the same time as the cover.
