PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an optional die of which the appearance is beautiful, and increase cushioning surfaces by bending and fixing a bent wall by a method wherein on the ridge of a one-sided corrugated plate, a glue is applied, and the one-sided corrugated plate is wound into a cylindrical shape with the corrugated side facing inside to form a laminated body, and the laminated body is fitted in a die under a state wherein the glue is half-dried, and pressed, and the laminated body is cut into a V-shape and bonded. SOLUTION: A glue is applied on the ridge of a one-sided corrugated plate 2, and the corrugated plate 2 is wound with the corrugated side facing inside, and laminated. A wound laminated body 5 which is obtained in such a manner, is placed in a V-shaped groove of a right angle under a state wherein a bonded part 4 which is the glued area on the ridge of the corrugated plate 2, is half-dried, and an L-shaped laminated body 7 is formed by pressing the corner of the V-shape. A V-shaped notch part 6 is placed in the orthogonal direction to the folding line of a laminated bent part 8 of the L-shaped laminated body 7, and the V-shaped notch part 6 is cut off. A joined wall 11 is bonded and fixed by bonding the V-shaped notch part 6, and a bent wall 12 is bent at a right angle, and a cushioning body in order to protect the end of a corner, i.e., a corner pad having three cushioning surfaces, is obtained. |
