摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the oxide magnetic material with low loss even at a relatively high frequency (about 500kHz) and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: In the main components of 52-54mol% of iron oxide (Fe2 O3 ), 36-40mol% of manganese oxide(MnO) and the remainder of zinc oxide (Zn), 0.005-0.05wt.% of silicon dioxide (SiO2 ), 0.02-0.1wt.% of calcium oxide (CaO), 0.1wt.% or less of zirconium oxise (ZrO2 ) (not including 0) and 0.05wt.% or less of magnesium oxide (MgO) are contained as auxiliary constituents. Thus, the low-loss oxide magnetic material, whose DC specific resistance at 25 deg.C is 250-1000Ωcm is obtained.
