PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment implement which is decreased in the coefft. of friction in the presence of an aq. medium and is suppressed in the elution of the hydrophilic high polymer on the surface of the medical treatment implement at the time of inserting or staking the medical treatment implement into the living body. SOLUTION: The surface of a base material constituting the medical treatment implement and the N-substd. alkyl acrylamide-base highpolymer compd. are bonded by the reaction of the reactive functional groups selected from a group consisting of the isocyanate groups, epoxy groups and aldehyde groups existing on their surfaces (hereafter described as the 'first reactive functional groups') and the functional groups (second reactive functional groups) which can react with the first reactive functional groups possessed by the N-substd. alkyl acrylamide-base high-polymer compd. |
