PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system in which documents having different formats in accordance with a content of job processing of each person in charge can be transmitted and the job processing can be simplified. SOLUTION: A second storage part 40 stores each kind of document forms necessitated in accordance with a content of job processing every job processing. A fourth storage part 60 stores a processing procedure (method) for giving a prescribed processing to data stored in a third storage part 50. The method is defined every document form or every column (field) in the document form. In the case of transferring data to each person in charge according to a sub- work flow, a department managing part 25 reads the document form in accordance with the content of the job processing of the next person in charge and the method related with the document form. Then, the data are processed according to the read method and the data of the processed result and the document form are transferred to each person in charge. |
