发明名称 METHOD FOR REMOVING CARBON MONOXIDE FROM REFORMED GAS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively removing carbon monoxide from a reformed gas, wherein there are no problems such as those encountered in the selective Oxo process and the membrane separation process, and the addition of additives such as an antioxidant to a reformed gas and the use of an equipment for high-pressure use are not necessary. SOLUTION: This method comprises removing carbon monoxide from a reformed gas produced by the reforming reaction of methanol by a catalytic methanization in the presence of an Ni catalyst. The carbon monoxide can be subjected preferentially to methanation under conditions in which the temperature and the space velocity(SV) are kept in the range of 240-250 deg.C and 300-500hr<-1> , respectively, while the reaction temperature is being kept in the above range by suppressing the heat generation in reaction by blending the catalyst particles with ceramic balls or controlling the Ni content of the catalyst.
