PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe device composed of a lining pipe to perform high- efficient and comfortable manufacture of a lining pipe and to provide a shield secondary lining method. SOLUTION: A pipe manufacturing device 1 is formed such that a lining pipe 60 is formed in a pipe closed conduit 5 such that with a long profile 6 fed in the pipe closed conduit 5 helically wound, the joining rib and the joining groove, making contact with each other, of the long profile 6 are joined together and in a state that along with formation thereof, a lining pipe 60 is unwound to the rear, the lining pipe is advanced through the pipe closed conduit 5. The pipe manufacturing device comprises a plurality of guide roller 2 to guide the lining pipe 60 unwound in a state to make contact with the inner surface of the lining pipe 60: a joining mechanism part 3 to run round on the inner surface of the closed conduit 5 and join together the joining rib and the joining groove of the long profile 6; and a slide plate 4 arranged at least at the lower half part of the outer shell of the guide roller 2 without buffering running-round movement of the joining mechanism part 3 and smooth advancing of the pipe manufacturing device 1 in the pipe closed conduit 5. |
