The invention refers to a hydraulic distributor designed to be used in high pressure activating equipment such as, for example, hydraulic balancing equipment for strip and plate rolling mill stands, etc., in which the working fluid is industrial water at a pressure higher than 200 bar. The distributor is made up of a body (1) in which at least two locking assemblies with parallel axes are positioned, made of a ball (2) of steel, for example, and two plastic sealing gaskets (3), which are maintained in contact with the ball (2) with the help of some adjusting elements (4) that are screwed in the body (1) and adjust the pressure between the surfaces that are in contact. The balls (2) are driven into rotating motion by some driving axles (6), each of them being connected to a disk (8) that ensures the limited rotation and reciprocal blocking of the driving axles (6).
