PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type developing device capable of realizing the miniaturization of an entire image forming device by proximately arranging other devices and members on the periphery of the rotary type developing device attached to the image forming device by providing a knob member so that it can be housed in tight contact with a cover member. SOLUTION: In a color developing unit functioning as the rotary type developing device where plural developing units are turnably disposed around a rotary shaft and the cylindrical cover member 41 having an aperture 45 at a developing position opposed to a photoreceptor belt are provided to cover over the plural developing units; the knob member 43 housed in tight contact with the outer periphery part of the cover member 41 is provided. It is conceivable to provide the member 43 so as to be housed in tight contact with the outer periphery part of the cover member 41 by a black developing device attached to a copying machine main body after attaching the color developing unit to the copying machine main body. |
