PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a fear of leakage occurring and to indicate it to an assembly worker that safe and reliable coupling is effected. SOLUTION: A rapid connecting coupling to interconnect a molded metal pipe of a brake system and a brake hose 12 having a small inside diameter comprises a crimp collar 18 at an end part; and a stepped hole 19 at the other end part having an inlet opening. The stepped hole has a first stage 30 matched in the direction of an axis with a seal body 50. According to a suitable embodiment, a holding member 70 is axially engaged with the radially internally extending surface of the stepped hole and an annular groove 66. The holding member is formed integrally with a pipe, and is sealed by a seal body 50 with three ropes held in a state to be engaged with a first step 30 by a TeflonTM spacer 56. The TeflonTM spacer is engaged with the bead of a pipe. |
