PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and reduce an assembling man-hour by forming a seal seat surface of an insulator integratedly with a resin member formed by resin mold forming provided on an outer peripheral part, in an electromagnetic fuel injection valve inserted into an injection valve installing hole arranged on an intake passage wall through an insulator for sealing. SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve is inserted into a injection valve installing hole 30a of an intake manifold 30 of an engine through an insulator 24 for sealing, and a valve seat 13 having an injection port which is opened/closed by a ball valve 12 provided on a tip end of an armature 10 is mounted on a lower body 1 front end part. A seal seat surface 9a of the insulator 24 is integratedly formed on a front end part of a connector 9 of a terminal 5 formed by resin mold forming carried out on an outer peripheral part led from a lower body 1 rear part to a core 3 rear end part. An air tight air gallery is formed between the injection valve installing hole 30a of the intake manifold 30 and the fuel injection valve by the insulator 24 and an O-ring 22.
