<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fuel flow over-resistance and to increase an inner pressure fatigue strength by providing a through-hole to be made eccentric in the diameter direction of the flow passage of a main pipe rail and an engaging part in series to a pressure receiving surface where the through-hole is opened and engaging and fixing the engaging part of a branch pipe side with this. SOLUTION: A main pipe rail 1 as a common rail is made of a thick steel pipe material such as a pressure piping carbon steel pipe or a stainless steel pipe, and a through-hole 1-2 communicated with the center of a flow passage 1-1 to be made eccentric byΔl is formed singularly in a peripheral wall part in its axial direction or a plurality in places having intervals in the axial direction are provided. This through-hole 1-2 has a pressure receiving surface 1-2a composed of a slope opened outside and an engaging part 1-2b successively from the pressure receiving surface. The tapered and conical engaging surface 2-1b of a branch pipe 2 is engaged with this engaging part 1-2b, the branch pipe 2 is attached by press-fixing a press set surface 2-1a to the pressure receiving seat surface 1-2a and thus a higher inner pressure fatigue strength is provided.</p> |
