<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stay of handling liquid, and simplify a structure by arranging an inlet valve on one end part of a bellows for sucking and delivering liquid, arranging a delivery valve on the other end part, and performing reciprocating motion of either one of the inlet valve and the delivery valve in the direction for expanding/contracting the bellows. SOLUTION: When a pneumatic cylinder fixed to an inlet valve main body 11 is controlled and a delivery valve 3 falls down from a condition in which it is lifted up in a highest level, a bellows 2 is contracted, balls 1a1 , 1a2 are pushed to ball support members 1b1 , 1b2 by pressure of handling liquid in the bellows 2, the inlet valve 1 is closed. On the other hand, balls 3a1 , 3a2 are moved upward, the delivery valve 3 is opened, and liquid in the bellows 2 is delivered from the delivery valve 3. When the delivery valve 3 is lifted up from a condition in which it falls down in a lowest level, the bellows 2 is extended, pressure in the bellows 2 is reduced, and the delivery valve 3 is closed as well as opening the inlet valve 1. It is thus possible to suck handling liquid into the bellows 2 passing the inlet valve 1.</p> |
