PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective radio call receiver which returns to its receivable state in a short time at the time of moving to other areas. SOLUTION: A radio part 1 normally and intermittently receives only a synchronizing signal of a specific frame among plural frames and a selective call signal. In the intermittent receiving, when a synchronizing signal becomes undeceiving, a synchronizing signal continuous unreceiving counter 10 counts continuous unreceiving numbers, and when the continuous unreceiving count reaches a fixed count, it is made an outside range state. On the other hand, before the continuous undeceiving count reaches a fixed count, a synchronizing signal of another frame that is different from the specific frame that currently receives is received in a channel except a 1st channel, receiving pro and con information is stored in a receiving channel receiving pro and con information storing means 11, and just after it becomes an outside range state, the specific frame is received by a channel which is considered as receivable by the receiving pro and con information. |
