PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the setting of accepting state of concerned matter and the designation of agent for every user, who is to utilize a user ID, and for each duty assigned to the user corresponding to one user ID by setting possibility in the acceptance of document for every user and for each duty assigned to the user. SOLUTION: For the user on a work flow system, a managing table 500 is provided for recording the state of acceptance and the agent for every user and for each role assigned to the user. When sending the concerned matter, a work flow server 201 determines whether or not the concerned matter is to be sent to the user by referring to the information of accepting state from the table 500 for user designated as the candidate of the destination to send. In this case, when it is not possible to send the concerned matter, namely, when the sending of concerned matter fails, the work flow server 201 refers to the information of agent in the table and when any agent is designated, a user designated as the agent is newly designated as a user of candidate of the destination to send. |
