<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a branch joint, to make it compact and to solve the problem of positional shifting by providing a through-hole for connecting the branch joint to be made eccentric in the diameter direction of the flow passage of a main pipe rail, forming the through-hole to be a fitting recessed part opened outside and fitting and soldering the branch joint thereto. SOLUTION: A main pipe rail 1 as a common rail is made of a thick steel pipe material such as pressure piping carbon steel pipe, and a through-hole 1-2 is formed to be made eccentric by 61 with respect to the center of a flow passage 1-12 formed thereon. The through-hole 1-2 is formed to be a fitting recessed part 1-2' opened outside, the branch joint 3 of a nipple type is fitted in this fitting recessed part 1-2' and these fitted parts are soldered to each other. The branch joint 3 has a pressure receiving surface 3-2 communicated with an internal flow passage 3-1 and opened outside, and engaging surface 3-3 is provided in its outer peripheral surface, and the connection head part 2-2 formed to be tapered and conical by buckling of a branch pipe 2 end part having a flow passage 2-1 is connected to the pressure receiving surface 3-2 by fastening of a cap nut 5.</p> |
