The submitted invention refers to the inclusion complexes of 3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts or to its tautomeric isomer, to the procedure for their preparation and pharmaceutical preparations containing them. The inclusion complex of 3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts formed by the cyclodextrine derivative is prepared: a) with the reaction of 3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salts in the water medium with the cyclodextrine derivative and the isolation of the complex from the solution with the dehydration, or b) with the grinding with great power of 3-morpholino-sydnonymine or its salt and the cyclodextrine derivative.
