The elevator shaft with fixing structure is intended mainly for small elevators. It consists of steel strips formed from a straight part (3), with the ends bent at 90 deg , so that they project on the same side of the straight part, forming side walls (4). The elevator guides are fixed to these side walls. The ends of the side walls can be bent out in a U shape. The straight part is 0.5-1 meter wide and the side walls 120-150 mm wide. The strips can be fixed to rigid structures of the building by bolts. |
