摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a black vinegar burdock by which a burdock considered as good for bodies and black vinegar are processed so as to be readily edible by anyone at any time. SOLUTION: A burdock is cut in a readily edible shape and placed in a hermetically sealable container and black vinegar, honey and an extract of Glyrrhizae Radix separated by boiling down are added into the container to pickle the burdock therein.
