PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing system capable of effectively utilizing ozone to sterilize food-processing apparatuses and equipments, and foods with high sterilizing power and capable of reusing waste water after it is cleaned. SOLUTION: This food processing system for cleaning and processing foods comprises a sterilizing process in which apparatuses and equipments to be used in the system and foods are sterilized using ozone-containing gas and a process for cleaning foods and processing them. The system also contains a waste water-oxidizing and treating process in which waste water discharged from each process is oxidized with ozone-containing gas, and the ozone- containing gas which has been used in and discharged from the sterilizing process for the apparatuses, equipments and the foods is fed to the waste water- oxidizing and treating process. |
