<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance performance of a connecting part by enhancing the hardness of a sliding surface formed on a connecting part of a piston connected to a shoe which slides along a swash plate more than the hardness of a contact part of a cylinder bore inner wall in a piston main body part which is formed of a material having a density smaller than that of the connecting part. SOLUTION: An oscillating member formed between a piston 6 and a swash plate is oscillatably connected to a piston 6 through a shoe which is slidably connected to a spherical sliding surface 6a formed on a connecting part 62 of a piston 6. In this case, the hardness of the sliding surface 6a is enhanced more than the hardness of a part which is brought into contact with an inner wall of a cylinder bore in a piston main body part 61, for example, the connecting part 62 is made of high carbon chrome bearing steel material, and the piston main body part 61 is made of a material which is equal to that of a cylinder block and a housing, for example, it is made of aluminum alloy. Therefore, abrasion resistance performance of the connecting part 62 is improved, the mass of the piston 6 is reduced, and inertia force acted on a shaft and the like is prevented from increasing.</p> |
