摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently capture submicron particles by providing a dispersing means for dispersing a dielectric body into a dust or mist charged with a charging means and collecting the dielectric body capturing at least either one of the charged dust and mist with a collecting means. SOLUTION: The dust 6 in a gas 5 to be treated is negatively charged when a gas 5 to be treated is transported to the charging means 1 and a negative high voltage, for example, is impressed to a discharge electrode 3. After dispersing the dielectric body 8 from a nozzle 9 of the dispersing means 7 to the negatively charged dust 6, the dielectric body 8 and the dust 6 are transported to an electric field forming means 10, and the dielectric body 8 is subjected to a dielectric polarization by a direct-current electric field in a space surrounded with an earth pole 11a and a voltage impressing electrode 12 and the space surrounded with an earth pole 11b and the voltage impressing electrode 12, and the negatively charged dust 6 is captured with the dielectric body 8 subjected to the dielectric polarization. The dielectric body 8 capturing the dust 6 is collected at a rear stream part of the voltage impressing electrode 12 in the collecting means 14.</p>
