The cooking machine for grains, tortillas o food products is characterized by a revolving plate system, equidistantly placed apart with respect to a vertical axis, with an indirect cooking means provided by a coil with flow of recycled inorganic or mineral oil and a transmission chain movement means operated with a motor reducer and a space of 9 meters in length reduced to a less space favored by a circular path and with minimum loss by heat transmission.
