The present invention is related to a propelling mechanical pump of liquids in spray form which includes the non sliding seal means, seal means comprising an empty body which includes an interior brim located in its superior portion designed to be adjusted to the exterior surface of the inferior portion of the valve rod of the pump when said valve rod is axially displaced downwards; and the exterior border of the seal located in its middle portion which is pressure adjusted in the interior wall of the cylinder pump and is supported in a barrier formed in said interior wall of the cylinder pump, said exterior seal border further serving to support the base of the spring pump.
