The belt has no slackening nor separation, inclusive when a metal joined portion is applied and linked it is folded. The belt, made from a non vulcanized material that contains a non vulcanized rubber based material, a vulcanization accelerator, an antioxidant agent, a pigment and a filler, forms an extended configuration which has a superior surface and an lower surface and a previously determined thickness measured in a perpendicular direction to the flat lower surface (1). the superior surface forms a circular curve surface (2) in transversal section. When the belt is in a non vulcanized state it can freely fold when it is applied to the metal joined portion. After the belt is applied to the metal joined portion paint is applied to the belt which is followed by a heating process wherein the belt is heated and consequently vulcanized. |
