A cylinder head package is described that comprises: a plurality of thin metallic plates each one having at least cylindrical holes and fluid passing holes being laminated to constitute thin laminated plates; the surfaces of the outer thin plates of the thin laminated plates being respectively coated with mixed material; and the surface of at least one of the adjacent thin plates on to another of the thin laminated plates being coated with the mixed material to form a thin layer for which the adjacent thin plates are laminated with a coating layer sandwiched between the same.
