FIELD: mounting various entities and apparatuses in desired positions and locking them in these positions. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder, plunger rod, and interlock. Rod mounts turning gear with handle that functions to set plunger rod in rotary motion relative to cylinder. Interlock incorporates eccentric sleeve and external slotted sleeve. Eccentric sleeve follows up rotary motion of plunger rod. Inner surface of external slotted sleeve follows shape of eccentric sleeve, that is, it has eccentric sections with transfer edges limiting them. Eccentric and slotted sleeves are locked in position to prevent their axial displacement on plunger rod. Relative rotation (turning) of sleeves will cause expansion of slot in external sleeve due to mentioned eccentricity so that external sleeve will tightly fit to inner surface of cylinder under effect of pressure.
