FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: installation contains a long pipe constructed of separate pipe sections, pump, mixer, heat exchangers, expansion device, separator, and means for preparing starting materials and controlling process. Long pipe has heating and curing zones. Heated part of heat exchanger and pipe heating zone form descending branch of installation. Mixer is disposed in the lower part of this branch. Pipe curing zone and heating part of heat exchanger form ascending branch of installation. Expansion device and separator are located in the upper part of the ascending branch. Installation has more than one heating zone and heated parts of heat exchanger. Mixer is an ejection-type one. Intertubular space of heat exchanger is filled with material exhibiting high adhesion and heat-conduction properties in respect to tube material. Pipe elements of heating and curing zones are made of unificated members. In the heating and/or curing zone, there is electric heating means and/or high-temperature heat carrier, and/or burner placed.
