SUBSTANCE: device has charging hopper with discharge hole on front wall installed over conveyor belt and gate installed on front wall of hopper for vertical displacement. Device has deflecting rollers installed in zone of charging hopper at both sides from conveyor belt symmetrically relative to conveyor axis.
