FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: binding agent has a ground mixture of solid waste from soda ash production, lime waste production (incompletely burned material) and sand at mass ratio of these components (2.5-4.5):1: (4.0-6.0), respectively, and at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: binding agent 60.00-70.00; aluminium powder 0.05-0.07; surface-active substance 0.05-0.07, and water up to 100. Material can be used for making cellular-concrete articles, in part, wall panel and blocks for buildings. EFFECT: increased strength and hardiness, decreased cost.
