FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with treatment of malignant tumors which is considered to be a general biological problem and is based upon combined, due to division kinetics of tumor cells, cytostatic and radiosensibilizing action of a new domestic preparation named as proxyfeine that provides a considerable increase of chemotherapeutical and radiation antiblastic impact upon a tumor. At the same time decreased dose of preparation, that is lower toxicity of treatment, and decreased dose of irradiation, that is the threat of radionecrosis, provide a possibility to conduct a multiple course treatment. EFFECT: higher efficiency to prolong antiblastomatous effect and increase life duration in such patients.
