FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: construction borer has ground collector made in the form of auger flight with flange, and extending cutter located above ground collector which is pressure-forced to working position and is provided with system of removing ground from surface in the form of rope. Borer shaft is provided with handle. Cutting edges of cutter and auger are directed in opposite sides. Borer shaft is located between cutter turning axle and cutter itself and this allows for using it in manual boring and building of foundations without need for large amount of earth work and without application of load lifting and carrying facilities.
